Where Do We Deliver?

Tehzeebian currently ships to all cities, towns, and remote areas across Pakistan. We are proud to offer nationwide coverage through our trusted courier network, ensuring that every customer — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or a smaller city in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, or Balochistan — receives their order with equal care and priority.

  We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time. Please follow our social media channels for updates on future international delivery options.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of order dispatch are as follows:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Tehzeebian is proud to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option, available across all cities and towns in Pakistan. We understand that many of our customers prefer to pay on receipt, and we are happy to accommodate this preference.

How COD Works:

  1. Place your order on tehzeebian.com and select Cash on Delivery as your payment method
  2. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp
  3. Your order will be packed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days
  4. Our courier partner will deliver your order to the provided address
  5. Pay the exact order amount in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery

  Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in the order being returned and a re-delivery fee being charged.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time through our courier partner’s tracking system.

If you experience any difficulty tracking your order or if your tracking information has not been updated within 48 hours of dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately at tehzeebcloths@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Order Dispatch

Dispatch Processing Time:

Orders placed on business days (Monday to Saturday) before 2:00 PM (PKT) are typically processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders:

For pre-order or back-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly mentioned on the product page and in your order confirmation. Tehzeebian will notify you promptly if there is any change to the expected dispatch date.

7. Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Orders

In the event of a failed delivery, our courier partner will typically make up to two additional delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  • Refusal to accept the order at delivery

…the order will be returned to Tehzeebian. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery or return shipping charges incurred. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete when placing your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched in excellent condition, there are rare occasions where damage or loss may occur in transit. If your order arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at tehzeebcloths@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographic evidence of any damage.

We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. In cases of confirmed transit damage or loss, Tehzeebian will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

9. Packaging

Every Tehzeebian order is packaged with care and attention to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect delicate fabrics and embroidered items during transit. We use secure, appropriately sized packaging to minimise movement and prevent damage.
