1. Return Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels are fully intact
  • Item is in its original packaging in the same condition as received
  • Original order receipt or proof of purchase is included
  • Item has not been stitched, tailored, or altered in any way

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned
  • Items with removed tags or tampered packaging
  • Stitched, tailored, or altered garments
  • Unstitched fabric that has been cut or sewn
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or promotional events
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

2. Refund Policy

When Is a Refund Issued?

A refund will be processed when the item is confirmed as defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, the wrong product was delivered and the correct item is unavailable, or the return request has been duly approved by our team.

How Are Refunds Processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever applicable
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Tehzeebian reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria

Sale & Discounted Items

  All items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are final sale and are NOT eligible for a cash refund. Exchange may be considered at management’s sole discretion, subject to stock availability.

3. Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Exchange is for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our fault

Exchange Process — Step by Step:

  1. Email tehzeebcloths@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and exchange reason
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 to 3 business days
  3. Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions on where to send the item
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days

  Please do not send any items back without prior written approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Item:

  • Do not use, wear, or wash the item
  • Take clear photographs of the item, packaging, and visible damage or discrepancy
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tehzeebcloths@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  • Our team will review and respond with a resolution within 1 to 2 business days

Resolutions Available:

  • Full replacement of the same item at no cost to you
  • Exchange for an alternative item of equal or lesser value
  • Full refund via original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders

Tehzeebian covers all return shipping costs when the fault is ours. We take full accountability.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at tehzeebcloths@gmail.com. A full refund or cancellation will be arranged with no charges if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

After Dispatch:

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return request upon delivery per the terms above.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items:

Orders for customised or made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Unstitched fabric that has been cut, stitched, or altered
  • Embroidered suits and lawn collections purchased on sale
  • Customised or made-to-order garments
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Items that do not meet return eligibility criteria
  • Items from bundle deals or gift sets where components have been separated

7. Return Shipping Details

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Customer-initiated returns (size, change of mind): Customer bears all return shipping costs
  • Brand-initiated returns (wrong item, defect, quality fault): Tehzeebian covers full return shipping cost

Q:  How many days do I have to return an item?

A:  You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Q:  Can I return unstitched fabric I have already cut?

A:  No. Once unstitched fabric has been cut, stitched, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Q:  I received the wrong item. What do I do?

A:  Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tehzeebcloths@gmail.com with clear photographs and your order number. We will arrange a full replacement or refund as a matter of priority at no cost to you.

Q:  Are sale items refundable?

A:  Items purchased during promotional sales are considered final sale and are generally not eligible for a cash refund. Exchange may be considered at management’s discretion subject to stock availability.

Q:  How will I receive my refund for a Cash on Delivery order?
